These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the What's Left mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
What's Left is operated by The MK Collective LLC ("The MK Collective," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What's Left
What's Left provides tools intended to help users track, understand, and plan nutrition, food consumption, activity, and related wellness information.
Features may include:
- Food and nutrition tracking
- Barcode scanning
- Food-image analysis
- Calorie and macronutrient tracking
- Nutrition goals
- Activity-based adjustments
- Apple Health integration
- Weight and body-measurement tracking
- Historical trends and analytics
- Meal and event planning
- Personalized recommendations and guidance
Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the Services.
If you are under the age at which you can legally consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use What's Left only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
3. Accounts
Certain features require a What's Left account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or use another person's account without authorization.
4. What's Left Pro
Some functionality may require a paid subscription known as What's Left Pro.
Available plans, prices, billing periods, introductory offers, and included features are displayed before purchase and may change over time.
Prices shown in the app are obtained from the applicable App Store and may vary by country, currency, tax requirements, or other factors.
5. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Eligible users may be offered a free trial or other introductory subscription offer. For example, eligible subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial.
Eligibility for an introductory offer is determined by Apple and/or the applicable App Store and may depend on your previous subscription or trial history.
